How to integrate Freshsales Suite

Description

Freshsales is a full-fledged sales force automation solution for sales teams. It provides everything a salesperson needs to- attract quality leads, engage in contextual conversations, drive deals with AI-powered insights, and nurture customer relationships. With built-in email, phone, chat, and telephony, Freshsales empowers sales teams with more time for selling by automating the sales process and increases efficiency and productivity in their daily activities.

Steps

Step 1.

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.

Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.

Step 2.

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.

Step 3.

You will be prompted for the Freshworks Domain name and API Key.

Step 4.

To obtain the domain name, you need to go to the Freshsales Dashboard and copy the URL, as shown in the picture below. Simply paste it where you were prompted to in Step 4.

To generate the API key, you need to go to the Freshsales platform and click on your profile found on the upper-right side of the screen. Then, click on Settings.

Now, click on API settings as shown in the screenshot. The API key is now visible. Simply copy it and paste it where you were prompted to in Step 4.
