Steps to Integrate Freshsales Suite

Step 1. Add Integration on SyncSpider

In SyncSpider, navigate to the Integrations menu and click 'Connect new app'

Search for "Freshsales Suite" in the search bar.

Step 2. Name the Integration

Enter a name of your integration.

Step 3. Enter Freshsales Credentials

You will be prompted for the Freshworks Domain name and API Key.

Step 4. Locating Freshsales Credentials

To obtain the domain name, you need to go to the Freshsales Dashboard and copy the URL, as shown in the picture below. Simply paste it where you were prompted to in Step 4.

To generate the API key, you need to go to the Freshsales platform and click on your profile found on the upper-right side of the screen. Then, click on Settings.

Now, click on API settings as shown in the screenshot. The API key is now visible. Simply copy it and paste it where you were prompted to in Step 3 .
