Description
Freshservice is an ITSM solution in the cloud. It provides powerful incident management capabilities which closely integrate with other ITSM processes like problem, change, release, and asset management. You can let users raise tickets through various channels like email, support portal, chat etc. Its smart ticket form even deflects trivial issues by suggesting relevant knowledge base articles. Your IT team can automate ticket assignment and use canned responses to further boost productivity.

Steps
Step 1.
Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.
Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.
Step 2.
Enter the Name of the Integration.
You can optionally also enter a description.
Step 3.
You will be prompted for the Freshservice domain name and API Key.
Step 4.
To generate the API key, you would need to login to your FreshService account and click on profile settings at the right side corner of the screen as shown in the screenshot.
Step 5.
The API key is now visible. You can copy and paste the URL and API key to your SyncSpider account and click finish.
