How to integrate Zendesk

The task can be triggered on following events:

 

• on successful completion of a different task

• API call



Steps



Step 1. Creating a Task


Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.


Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.


Step 2. Enter Name and Description


Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description.


Step 3. Adding Credentials


You will be prompted for the API Key.


Step 4. Obtaining Base URL, Username and Password


To obtain the Base URL, head over to Zendesk's dashboard, and copy the part of URL found in the address bar, as shown in the picture below:

 

 


Go back to SyncSpider's page and paste the URL where you were prompted to, in addition to your Zendesk account credentials. 


After that click Finish!
