How to integrate Customerly?

1) Description

Customerly is a customer lifecycle solution for client-facing businesses to manage their relationships with customers, provide support, gather feedback, and automate processes such as email marketing and request routing.

3) Steps


Step 1: Log in to your SyncSpider account and select the Integrations Option

 

First, log in to your SyncSpider account, and click on the option ‘Integrations’ on the left side of the screen as shown in the screenshot below.

 



Step 2: Select the Customerly Integration

 

You will be able to see all the integrations offered by SyncSpider on your screen. Select Customerly application from the list.

 


Or use the search bar to find it easily:

 

You can as well add new integration while Creating a task.

 

Step 3: Enter the Integration Name

 

After selecting  ‘ Customerly’, enter the integration name and description then click on the next button.

 

NOTE: You can have more than one integration with one app/tool. E.G. Integrate your Google sheet with business email and WooCommerce. Using descriptions will help you to organize better.

 

Step 4: You will be prompted for the Access Token

 

Now, you need to enter the access token for the integration. The next steps would help you to generate it.

 


This access token has to be entered so that it facilitates the integration between SyncSpider and Customerly.

 

Step 5: Generating the Access Token (API Token)

 

Login to your Customerly account and click on this link to find the public API (access token) 

 

Or 

 

follow the steps below:

 

1. Click on my profile settings on the right side of the screen as shown in the screenshot.

 


2.  A menu opens with many options. Scroll below to find the installation - public API- request access token and click it as shown in the screenshot.

 



3. The access token is created. You can copy and paste into SyncSpider to facilitate integration. Click finish.

 

The integration is successful!!
