Hopin is an all-in-one events platform with which organizers can create, host and manage live events for up to 100,000 attendees. Hopin's web based virtual venue connects distributed communities, companies, and friends with live video, chat and networking features. Attendees can learn, interact, and connect with people from anywhere in the world.
Possible Task Triggers are API calls upon the correspondent events.
Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.
Enter the name of the integration in the search bar.
Enter the Name of the Integration.
You can optionally also enter a description.
You will be prompted for the Webhook.
In the next window check the box for Capture Webhook Response and click the clipboard icon to copy the Webhook URL.
Note: keep this tab open until you get the webhook response after triggering (see next steps).
In another tab or window log in to Hopin. Navigate to the left sidebar to the Existing Organization or Create New Organization section.
Click on your organization, go to Integrations and select Webhooks.
Paste the Webhook URL into the URL field.
Replicate the action (e.g. add new participant). Go back to SyncSpider to verify that your webhook response has been successfully captured. This will be indicated through text appearing in the setup window. Finish/Save your new integration.
