How to integrate CapsuleCRM?

Capsule is the smart simple CRM used by thousands of companies globally to build stronger customer relationships, make more sales and save time. It includes sales forecasting alongside a visual sales pipeline to keep your team focused on winning deals. It integrates with 1000+ tools such as Google G-Suite for email and Zapier for marketing automation.


CapsuleCRM Entities:


As Source: List Parties, Opportunities, Cases, Entries, Employees, Users, Teams, Task Categories, Tasks and Milestones


As Target: Create Case, Task, Party, Entry, Opportunity, Milestone and Task Category


1) Setting up the Integration

Here is how to integrate CapsuleCRM in a few easy steps:


  1. Once logged in, in your dashboard, on the left side you'll see "Integrations" tab, click on this:



  2. Type "CapsuleCRM" in the Integrations search bar:




    P.S. You can add new integration while Creating a task as well.



  3. Click on CapsuleCRM:




  4. In the following window, name your integrations, give it a description and click next:





  5. Next up we need the API Token from CapsuleCRM:





To obtain the API Token, Log in to your CapsuleCRM Dashboard and in the top right corner click on your name.



Then on "My Preferences".



After that, on the left bottom side, click on "API Authentication Tokens".


Here you will generate the API Token, and give it a description so you can create it. 


After you have created the token , simply copy and paste it to Syncspider! 


Click Finish!
