How to integrate Feedier?

Feedier is a B2B feedback management solution, tailored to improve your End-User Experience by centralizing all your direct and indirect feedback in one place. Our platform allows you to instantly detect dissatisfaction in your Customer Journeys, better understand it through comprehensive and intuitive reports, and then eliminate it to improve your satisfaction and retention rates.

Step 1

Either while Creating a Task or in the Integrations menu.


Enter the name of the integration in the search bar .


Step 2.

Enter the Name of the Integration.

You can optionally also enter a description .

And press next.


Step 3

You will be prompted for the "API Key"


Step 4.

To obtain the "API Key" log in to your Feedier dashboard and on the top right click on your icon and navigate to "API and webhooks"


From there navigate to "API Keys".


Here you can copy the "API Private Key" and paste it to SyncSpider! 


Click Finish!
