Learn how to seamlessly send order updates from SyncSpider's DataHub to Mirakl. We will walk you through setting up the task, mapping fields, and handling common issues to ensure your data flows smoothly.
Steps to Send Order Updates from DataHub to Mirakl
Step 1: Set Up the Task
Navigate to SyncSpider and create a new task.
Choose DataHub as the source integration and select the Items entity.
Set Mirakl as the target integration and choose the Order entity.
Step 2: Source Configuration
Select the relevant DataHub Entity (data table) with your order information.
Under Choose View, select from available options:
All Views: Includes all views available for the selected entity.
Specific View: Select a specific view to filter and focus on a subset of data.
Under Items to Import, choose from:
All Items: Imports all available records in the selected view.
Only Items Created After Last Task Execution Date: Imports new records added since the last task run.
Only Items Updated After Last Task Execution Date: Imports records updated since the last task run.
Only Items Updated Since From Date: Imports records updated within a specified date range.
Step 3: Target Configuration
Select Order ID as the unique identifier field in the Mirakl destination configuration.
Step 4: Mapping
Map all required fields between DataHub and Mirakl.
IMPORTANT: When running the task, you may encounter the below error in the task execution log details.
This is triggered by the Validate Shipment field and occurs when the task attempts to confirm a shipment for orders already in SHIPPED, RECEIVED or CANCELED statuses.
These errors do not indicate a task failure. Instead, check the task logs to confirm that the correct number of items were processed and updated in Mirakl.
Statuses other than "Pending Acceptance" and "Accepted" will display this warning and may even show the task status as Failed but the orders have still been successfully updated in Mirakl. These warnings indicate that the system attempted to update an unsupported status, but the valid updates have been sent to Mirakl.
