    Description


    ChannelEngine bridges the gap between your ERP, PIM, WMS, or eCommerce platforms and global marketplaces. It empowers businesses to maximize sales and streamline operations by managing product listings, inventory, orders, and returns across multiple sales channels from a single interface.     Steps to Integrate ChannelEngine



    Step 1. Add the Integration


    In SyncSpider, navigate to the Integrations menu and click 'Connect new app'


    Search for "ChannelEngine" in the search bar.



    Step 2. Name the Integration


    Enter a name for the integration and click 'Next.' 





    Step 3. Enter ChannelEngine Credentials


    You will be prompted for the Base URL and API Token associated with your ChannelEngine account. 




    Step 4. Locating ChannelEngine Credentials


    To find your Base URL and API Token, log in to your ChannelEngine dashboard.


    You can add your ChannelEngine URL by simply copying the URL from your dashboard. 

    The URL follows the format <your domain>.channelengine.net 

     

    To retrieve the API Tokenselect Settings from the left-hand menu and then click on 'Merchant API Keys'.

     

     

    From there click on 'Add' under 'Merchant API Key'.


     


    Enter a name to describe the key and click on 'Add' again.

     

    After you have added it, simply copy and paste it into SyncSpider.

     

    Once you have added your ChannelEngine URL along with your API Token, click 'Save' to complete the setup.
