TABLE OF CONTENTS


 

 

1) Description

Sub Organizations represents the name of your Account, and help you better organize your tasks if you have an Agency or Enterprise plan.

 

The agency account will be your main Account. Under it, you may add X number of other Sub-accounts or Sub-Organizations.

Sub-companies have the same features and are the same as Companies. 

 

Under every Company, you may have X number of projects according to your current plan.

 

Note: This feature is only available to the Agency and Enterprise Plans

 


 

 

2) Adding Sub-Organizations

 

Step 1: Select Add new company

Step 2: Enter The Organization Name and the Billing option of the Organization.

 

 

Step 3 (Optional): Inviting Members to the Sub-Company/Organization

3) Billing of Sub Organizations


The billing can be method can be selected while inviting an organization to your Agency account and can be done according to the following models:

 

 

3.1 Pay-by-Agency


The costs for your Sub-Organizations through invoices will be billed to you as an Agency.

 

 

 

3.2 Pay-by-Organization


In this model you can bill the invoices directly to the organizations to pay for themselves independently, even in case of being included as a part of the Enterprise account.
